An award-winning photographer, Timothy’s eye for beauty and detail extends beyond the lens; he has also served on two prominent theater boards and toured nationally with two theater companies, leaving an indelible mark on the world of theater. As the author of a children’s book, he continues to spark imagination and inspire future generations, embodying a lifelong commitment to the transformative power of the arts.

Jeff Park is a seasoned medical contract negotiator with a sharp eye for detail and a talent for navigating complex agreements. With years of experience ensuring fair and strategic deals in the healthcare industry, he has built a reputation for his expertise and ability to bring clarity to negotiations. Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff has also led a fascinating life—having been friends with the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson. Now, he applies his skills at The Walt Disney Company in the education department of Imagineering, where creativity meets strategy. Blending the magic of Disney with the power of knowledge, Jeff helps shape innovative learning experiences, proving that even the most practical minds can thrive in a world of imagination.

Ashley Vega serves as the Director of Finance, bringing strong financial insight and organizational discipline to the leadership team. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and continues to pursue academic and professional growth in the field, demonstrating a deep commitment to financial literacy and responsible stewardship.
Professionally, Ashley works in a client-focused role at Hand & Stone, where she has developed strong skills in organization, communication, and operational support. Her ability to manage details, interact professionally with the public, and maintain structured workflows translates well into overseeing financial responsibilities.
As Director of Finance, Ashley contributes thoughtful oversight, reliability, and a practical understanding of financial principles. Her academic training and dedication to excellence help support the organization’s stability, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Bryan’s Dambrowski brings over a decade of experience in high-level client relations and public engagement to the Shiloh Foundation. She spent more than 10 years as an Executive Ambassador for Delta Air Lines, where she worked closely with elite partners and top-tier clientele. Following her time at Delta, Bryan’s joined Walt Disney Imagineering, contributing to the Educational Department for the past two years. Her combined expertise in hospitality, education, and creative outreach now drives her leadership as Director of Public Outreach at the Shiloh Foundation.

Audrey Messick has been part of the The Walt Disney Company for more than five years and currently works in the entertainment department at Disneyland Park. In her role, she helps oversee several of the park’s small atmosphere entertainment groups, supporting the performers who bring music, character, and spontaneous magic to different areas throughout Disneyland.
Outside of her work with Disney, Audrey is very active in community theater and enjoys being involved in local stage productions. Her passion for performance and storytelling carries into many aspects of her life. She is also the proud mother of an adult son and values the balance between her career, creative interests, and family.

Major Gifts & Fundraising Ambassador
This is one of the most important volunteer roles in the organization. The Major Gifts & Fundraising Ambassador helps secure the financial support that makes our programs possible. Volunteers in this role actively identify and connect with high-level donors, patrons of the arts, business leaders, and potential investors who believe in supporting community arts and cultural initiatives.

Well-connected individuals who enjoy networking, building relationships, and helping secure meaningful support that allows the nonprofit to grow and serve the community.
Graphic Arts & 3-D Modeling Volunteer
Design promotional graphics for events, social media, and printed materials. Create visual assets such as posters, banners, and announcements, and develop 3-D models or renderings for projects, awards, displays, or merchandise concepts. Work with leadership to ensure all visuals align with the organization’s branding.
Event Leadership & Planning Volunteer
Assist in planning and coordinating nonprofit events such as galas, community gatherings, and fundraisers. Help organize schedules, vendor coordination, and venue logistics while working with committees to ensure events run smoothly.
General Event Volunteer
Support events by helping with setup, check-in, greeting guests, assisting vendors, directing attendees, and helping with event breakdown. Ensure visitors have a positive and welcoming experience.
Scholarship Development Coordinator
Build relationships with schools, arts programs, and community organizations to identify talented students who may benefit from scholarships. Help develop a fair and organized process with educators or program leaders to determine recipients for scholarships in performing arts or visual arts.
Grant Research Volunteer
Search for grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government programs that align with the organization’s mission. Maintain a list of potential funding opportunities and assist leadership in gathering required information for grant applications.
Community Outreach Ambassador
Represent the organization in the community by connecting with schools, local organizations, and community groups. Help promote programs, events, and opportunities while building relationships that strengthen the organization’s presence.
Social Media & Digital Promotion Volunteer
Managing social media platforms by creating posts, announcements, and promotional content. Help share updates about events, scholarships, and programs while increasing engagement and awareness.
Community Relations Liaison
The Community Relations Liaison plays an important role in helping the organization remain connected to the community it serves. This volunteer helps strengthen relationships with individuals, organizations, and groups who share an interest in supporting the arts and community initiatives. By staying engaged with community conversations and opportunities, the liaison helps ensure the organization continues to grow its network and visibility.

Sponsorship & Partnership Coordinator
Help identify local businesses and organizations interested in supporting programs or events. Assist with outreach to potential sponsors, maintain relationships with partners, and help ensure sponsors receive recognition for their support.
Volunteer Coordinator
Help recruit and organize volunteers for events and projects. Maintain volunteer contact lists, communicate schedules and responsibilities, and support volunteers so they feel prepared and valued.
