About Royal Shiloh Foundation

Close-up portrait of a middle-aged man with glasses and a beard against a black background.

Founder - Chair - Timothy Miller

Founder  and Chair Timothy Miller is a visionary whose 30-plus-year career with  the Walt Disney Company has been driven by an unrelenting passion for  creativity and storytelling. His love for the arts blossomed at just 10  years old, when he began working with the Long Beach Civic Light Opera,  setting the stage for a lifetime dedicated to the performing and visual arts. An  award-winning photographer, Timothy’s eye for beauty and detail extends  beyond the lens; he has also served on two prominent theater boards and  toured nationally with two theater companies, leaving an indelible mark  on the world of theater. As the author of a children’s book, he  continues to spark imagination and inspire future generations, embodying  a lifelong commitment to the transformative power of the arts.

C.O.O. Jeff Park

Jeff Park is a seasoned medical contract negotiator with a  sharp eye for detail and a talent for navigating complex agreements.  With years of experience ensuring fair and strategic deals in the  healthcare industry, he has built a reputation for his expertise and  ability to bring clarity to negotiations. Beyond his professional  achievements, Jeff has also led a fascinating life—having been friends  with the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson. Now, he applies his  skills at The Walt Disney Company in the education department of  Imagineering, where creativity meets strategy. Blending the magic of  Disney with the power of knowledge, Jeff helps shape innovative learning  experiences, proving that even the most practical minds can thrive in a  world of imagination.

Ashley Vaga - Director Finance

Ashley  Vega serves as the Director of Finance, bringing strong financial  insight and organizational discipline to the leadership team. She holds a  Master’s degree in Finance and continues to pursue academic and  professional growth in the field, demonstrating a deep commitment to  financial literacy and responsible stewardship.

Professionally,  Ashley works in a client-focused role at Hand & Stone, where she  has developed strong skills in organization, communication, and  operational support. Her ability to manage details, interact  professionally with the public, and maintain structured workflows  translates well into overseeing financial responsibilities.

As  Director of Finance, Ashley contributes thoughtful oversight,  reliability, and a practical understanding of financial principles. Her  academic training and dedication to excellence help support the  organization’s stability, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Bryna Dambrowski - Officer of Research and Development

Bryan’s  Dambrowski brings over a decade of experience in high-level client  relations and public engagement to the Shiloh Foundation. She spent more  than 10 years as an Executive Ambassador for Delta Air Lines, where she  worked closely with elite partners and top-tier clientele. Following  her time at Delta, Bryan’s joined Walt Disney Imagineering, contributing  to the Educational Department for the past two years. Her combined  expertise in hospitality, education, and creative outreach now drives  her leadership as Director of Public Outreach at the Shiloh  Foundation.

Audrey Messick - Officer at Large

Audrey Messick has been part of the The Walt Disney Company for more than five years and currently works in the entertainment department at Disneyland Park.  In her role, she helps oversee several of the park’s small atmosphere  entertainment groups, supporting the performers who bring music,  character, and spontaneous magic to different areas throughout  Disneyland.

Outside  of her work with Disney, Audrey is very active in community theater and  enjoys being involved in local stage productions. Her passion for  performance and storytelling carries into many aspects of her life. She  is also the proud mother of an adult son and values the balance between  her career, creative interests, and family.
