1. Eligibility
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age on or before the submission deadline.
• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) may be required to verify age.
2. Theme and Content Guidelines
• Submissions may include nudity as long as it is artistic in nature and does not depict explicit sexual acts, violence, or illegal activities.
• Submissions must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding obscenity and decency.
3. Submission Requirements
• All submissions must be original works of art created by the participant.
• Digital and physical mediums are allowed, including paintings, drawings, sculptures, and photography.
• Participants may be asked to provide a signed statement affirming that the submitted work is their original creation and that it complies with competition rules.
4. Prohibited Content
• Non-consensual imagery or depictions of individuals without their permission.
• Copyrighted material or works plagiarized from another artist.
5. Rights and Usage
• Participants retain the copyright to their work.
• By entering, participants grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to display their work in exhibitions, promotional materials, and online galleries for the duration of the competition and for a unlimited time afterward.
6. Consent for Exhibitions
• If the artwork depicts identifiable individuals, participants must submit a signed model release form from each person depicted, affirming their consent to be portrayed and exhibited.
7. Exhibition and Public Viewing
• All exhibited works will be displayed in a setting appropriate for an adult audience.
• Organizers reserve the right to include disclaimers or restrict access to certain exhibits as needed.
8. Judging Criteria
• Entries will be judged based on creativity, technical skill, originality, and adherence to the competition theme.
• Nudity alone will not be considered a factor in judging.
9. Liability and Disqualification
• The organizer is not liable for any legal action resulting from the submission or display of non-compliant works.
• Submissions that violate these rules or applicable laws will be disqualified and may be reported to authorities if necessary.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
• All personal information provided by participants will be used solely for competition purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Legal Compliance
• This competition adheres to all local, state, and federal laws regarding adult content and public exhibitions.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition if legal challenges arise.
